THE INDEAN PACIFIC
I departed for Adelaide from Perth. I took the Indian Pacific which is the long distance train and links Perth to Sydney or Melbourne. On the way to Adelaide from Perth, it passes through the Nullarbour Plain with distances ranging from about 480 kiro metres. I wanted to have the experience of riding this train to feel the spread of Australia. The inside of this train is wider than I had thought and it has shower rooms, toilets, a lounge, a dining room and so on. It was running very slowly, stopping lots of times to wait for other trains. I couldn’t get the connection for my mobile phone as soon as the train departed, but instead of it, I could look at a lot of scenery from the windows. It took 3 days from Perth to Adelaide. I’d like to enjoy this journey.
